Most businesses looking for an advertising agency in Spain are actually tired of two things: reports they can't make sense of and agencies that won't give them access to their own accounts. I've been managing ads in Türkiye with Gizli Medya since 2009, I'm one of the co-founders of Digitalent Inc., a digital brand agency in Florida, and I live in Spain, working with Turkish and international businesses. My approach is simple: the accounts are yours, decisions are transparent, and reports are easy to understand.
Spain looks like a single market, but for advertising it's several separate markets. Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga and the islands each have a different language mix, a different season and a different level of competition. Going to the Turkish community, local Spaniards and tourists with the same message spreads the budget too thin.
I cover the day-to-day setup and optimization of campaigns on the ad management in Spain page. This page explains why and how to work with an agency. For the big picture, see digital marketing in Spain.
Who is it for? Businesses with customers in more than one city, Turkish and international brands entering Spain, companies selling to both the Turkish community and local audiences, and teams that have run their own campaigns but aren't sure about the results. I also work with businesses starting on a small budget; what matters isn't the size of the budget but having a clear goal.
Ad platforms have made it easy to launch campaigns yourself. Still, many businesses need an agency, because the hard part isn't launching a campaign; it's choosing the right one, measuring it and deciding what to shut off.
Google search ads to capture existing demand, Meta (Instagram and Facebook) to build interest, YouTube for storytelling, TikTok for younger audiences, Spotify for music and events. I also manage Spotify and Amazon Ads campaigns through Digitalent Inc., so I know these channels closely.
Restaurants and cafés, clinics and healthcare services, real estate and consulting firms, e-commerce brands, companies exporting from Türkiye to Spain, and music and event organizations. I've worked on the digital side of brands like Mercedes-Benz, Koton and Alpet and on Avşar Film's YouTube network, and on the digital strategy of artists like Murat Boz, Ebru Gündeş and Emre Altuğ.
In Madrid, business and service searches; in Barcelona, a multilingual urban audience; along the Mediterranean coast and on the islands, tourist traffic that rises in summer, with residents taking the lead in winter. I split the budget by city and month, and when the season changes, I change the message and the offer too. For campaigns aimed at the Turkish community, holidays, special occasions and community events make up a separate calendar.
Some agencies open the ad account in their own name. When you leave, years of accumulated data and learning go with it. I open accounts in your name and add myself as an admin. That's your safeguard.
If you're looking for a Barcelona-specific plan, the advertising agency in Barcelona page will guide you, and if you're curious about using AI in campaigns, the AI advertising in Spain page will too.
I keep the monthly report to one page, because long reports don't get read. It covers spend, results (forms, calls, messages, bookings or sales), cost per result, the best and weakest campaigns, and my recommendation for next month. I add commentary next to the numbers: unless you understand why a campaign did well or poorly, a report is just a table. When needed, we go through the report together on a short video call.
The Turkish community in Spain is a scattered but reachable audience. Turkish language settings, community events, holiday periods and Turkish-language media are the ways to reach it. I know this community closely through my İspanya Türk Radyo project. Even so, I recommend that most businesses reach out not just to the Turkish community but to local audiences too. The community supports you from day one, but growth usually comes from local customers; the plan is built to balance these two audiences.
To see whether we're a good fit, write to me through the contact page with a short note about your business, your target cities and your monthly ad budget. I'll come to our first call with concrete observations about where you stand.
I'm not someone who only builds websites or only runs ads. For 22 years I've delivered work across every area a brand needs online, in Türkiye, the USA and Spain. That means you don't have to split the work among different agencies.
Whatever language your audience speaks, I deliver the work in that language. We work together in Turkish; the website, AI project, ad plan and content come out in Spanish, English, Catalan or any other language you need.
