Upon successful payment, you will receive an invoice detailing the services rendered, applicable taxes, transaction reference, and payment amount. This invoice constitutes a valid and legally binding fiscal document.

Refunds are strictly limited to the following circumstances:
Once a service has been delivered, commenced, or digital goods have been accessed, no refunds will be issued. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any payment made:
Initiating a chargeback without prior good faith communication may be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in additional collection fees, service termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
All content, materials, strategies, and deliverables created by us remain the intellectual property of Yasin Serdar Saglam until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables transfers to the Client, unless otherwise specified in writing. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio references.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yasin Serdar Saglam from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of our services; (c) any third-party claims related to content or materials you provided to us; or (d) any fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) payments are not received as agreed; (c) you engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct; or (d) at our reasonable discretion with appropriate notice. Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for services already rendered.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or infrastructure failures.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any specific service agreements, invoices, and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
